Q: How are you able to offer these great mattresses at such a low price?
A: The reason we are able to offer such good prices is because these are liquidation, overstock, or scratch and dent items. Also, we don't have the retail overhead that most furniture and mattress stores normally have.
Q: Do you offer a comfort exchange policy?
A: YES!! Idaho Mattress Outlet offers a 48-hour comfort exchange on all mattresses except ENSO Beds. However, a mattress protector must have been purchased and used. We will not go further than 48 hours. No refunds; only a store credit will be issued.
Q: What does "Scratch & Dent" mean for a mattress?
A: "Scratch & Dent" mattresses are simply factory seconds and have a cosmetic scuff or blemish. Also, they could be labeled as a "Scratch & Dent" due to liquidation, floor models, overstock, or possible customer returns at a retail store.
Q: Do you sell new mattresses that are not scratch & dent?
A: YES—we have a lot of mattresses that are new with manufacturer warranties.
Q: Do the mattresses you sell come with a warranty?
A: YES!! Our warranties are according to the different manufacturer warranties some are up to 20 years on non-scratch & dent mattresses. We offer a 30-day warranty against structural defects on "Scratch & Dent" mattresses even though the manufacturer's warranty has been voided on "Scratch & Dent" mattresses.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: All sales are final—No Refunds.
Q: Do you offer a Delivery Service?
A: Yes. We offer same-day delivery in Logan.
Q: Are these mattresses rebuilt or refurbished?
A: No! They not rebuilt in any way. We will NEVER sell a re-built product! Beware of stores that do!
