TO THE EXTENT WE ARE FOUND LIABLE NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
